5 cl of white rum
50 grams of raspberries
50 grams of blueberries
8 leaves of mint
5 grams of sugar
2 cl of lime juice
4 drops of Angostura bitters
a splash of soda
A simple Mojito with wild berries (like blueberries and raspberries) is a triumphal cocktail, a crazy concentration of flavors and inviting aromas.
It is a drink that you can drink as an aperitif, as well as after dinner, not to mention that if you do not put even a drop of rum is a fabulous non-alcoholic beverage.
But today we want it with rum, white rum, but above all, we want to add a delicious touch with few drops of angostura. This is the secret to make a stunning berry Mojito: the magic herbal elixirs, the most famous bitter in the cocktails’ history.
As always be careful to not crush the mint, a slap before placing it inside the glass is more than enough, otherwise it will give off too strong and stingy flavors.
That’s all, are you ready to make the most refreshing drink of the summer?
