Berry Mojito ingredients
- 5 cl of white rum
- 50 grams of raspberries

- 8 mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon of white cane sugar
- 2 cl of lime juice

- 4 drops of Angostura
- ice
How to make the perfect berry Mojito with raspberries and blueberries
Wash the mint and berries. Put 1 tablespoon of sugar in a glass. Add berries and sprinkle with 4 drops of Angostura. Pour the lime juice. Pound for 10 seconds to extract the juice and dissolve the sugar. Add the mint after you have gently slapped it. Fill with ice, crumbled if your cocktail to cool more quickly. Pour 5 cl of rum, add a dash of soda. To finish the cocktail, decorate with a sprig of mint and some berries.
