Ingredients and doses of the Shark in my Pool cocktail
- 4 cl of tequila
- 2 cl of blue curacao
- 1 cl of cherry juice
- 1 cl of ratafia or maraschino
- ice
- 2 cl of lemon juice
How to prepare the Shark in my Pool cocktail
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and strain.
Mash a dozen cherries in a colander. if you don’t have cherries use grenadine.
Put tequila, lemon juice, and blue curacao in an ice-filled shaker, shake 12 seconds and then pour into a cooled glass.
Wait a minute, then pour ratafia and cherry inside to recreate the blood effect.
