Directions
Cocktail Z is very experimental, starting from the kaleidoscopic taste of the tequila and the absurd flavor of carrot to celebrate a strange, but successful, wedding.
The cocktail Z is quite light, slender, complex and very fragrant, perfect as an aperitif.
Its peculiarity is the aromatic charge given by basil, lemongrass, and cucumber. If we then add orange juice the circle closes almost naturally.
A variant we are working on is with bergamot juice, very intense, almost tannic and astringent, perhaps more abrupt as an interpretation, but it is not bad at all, thanks to its amazing scents.
A final note about the crust: chopped carrot, basil, salt, and lemon. Nothing exotic, but adds a nice aromatic touch.
