The Matame Mucho cocktail is our latest creation: a luxurious drink that will make your summer aperitifs unique, not to mention summer parties by the pool.
It is a cocktail with ice cream, an ingredient that we have greatly re-evaluated in preparing cocktails, especially in aperitifs, once an absolute taboo. The sweet but glacial note that it gives to the drinks is fabulous.
But let’s get to the ingredients of the Matame Mucho cocktail: fior di latte ice cream, balsamic vinegar, vermouth, cinnamon, and rum. If you want, you can also use bourbon whiskey or gin. The result is ok, even if the tropical charm of the rum is unrivaled when mixing cocktails that we could define as creamy and sweet.
Ingredients and doses to make the Matame Mucho cocktail
- 1 scoop of fior di latte ice cream
- 5 cl of strong and cheeky Jamaican rum
- 2 cl of sweet vermouth
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 5 grams of cinnamon
How to make the Matame Mucho cocktail
Put the ice cream with a pinch of cinnamon, the vinegar, and the vermouth in the shaker and stir.
When the ice cream is melted, add the rum and 3 ice cubes, then shake for 1 minute.
Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice and a piece of cinnamon, pour the cocktail, and sprinkle again with a drizzle of cinnamon.
And your new summer cocktail is ready in a few minutes. Try it during the fiery nights of July, and you will not be disappointed.
