Directions
The Veruca Salt Sour cocktail is a very fresh and aromatic drink, with a titillating flavor, where sweetness, resinous flavors, and a salty touch are mixed, creating a delicate symphony with a great aromatic balance.
The cocktail is quite light in alcohol and the sensation of warmth on the palate is barely noticeable, so it is the perfect candidate as an aperitif cocktail.
The ingredients of the Veruca Salt Sour cocktail are easy to find: alcoholic base of gin, basil, plum juice, lime juice, absinthe and a pinch of salt. All simple stuff, but if you put all of them in a shaker you can make a fine and super smooth drink. Try it and you won’t regret it!

How to make the Veruca Salt Sour cocktail
Squeeze half a lime and strain the juice.
Put the cucumber slice and the basil in the shaker, add the lime juice, sugar, and mash with the pestle.
Pour in the gin, plum juice, absinthe, egg white, correct with a pinch of salt, add ice and shake vigorously. If you are vegan or do not like the taste of egg white, use the chickpea preservation liquid.
