Sugar syrup, lime or lemon juice, and a river of Grappa: you don’t need to be a genius to make this cocktail, however starting from this simple base you can make a great drink.
We immediately tell you the ingredients of our beloved Grappa Sour cocktail: Grappa, lime, sage, honey, and peach bitter.
In this way the aromatic impetus of Grappa is played down and refreshed with sharp and velvety notes, making the cocktail much more pleasant.
But above all in this way you can also use a good but not great Grappa, you don’t need to mix a Capovilla Grappa, you just need an honest product.
Having said that, the cocktail is suggestive and fragrant, excellent as an aperitif drink, but you can also try it as after dinner instead of the usual Mojito.
