Directions
Pomegranate is a magical fruit, it doesn’t only look attractive, but it has an exaggerated content of vitamin C, it helps the heart to stay in shape, blood circulation and at the same time strengthens the bones.
Drink liters and liters of pomegranate juice and you won’t get sick again, much better than orange juice!
So we decided to dedicate this delicious fruit a very special cocktail to enhance its unique flavor, so fresh and juicy. Code name: Tranny Red Flag cocktail.
The recipe of this new cocktail is built around the similarities of colors and flavors with the fruit, and in addition to pomegranate juice we have added rum, a splash of Ratafia and soda to finish with a sparkling note.
It’s a dry and sharp cocktail, where the sweetness of Ratafia naturally counteracts the acidity of pomegranate juice.
The alcohol content is moderate, so it’s excellent as an aperitif, but also serve with finger food like Bologna mousse, cod meatballs and fish carpaccio.
