Today we will serve you the most classic and ancient of the aperitifs: a glass of red vermouth with soda, ice, and a slice of orange in a revisited version.

In past centuries it was the aperitif par excellence, the one served in the cafes of Turin, the one that made Italian vermouth famous throughout the world.

For many, it may seem like just a ritual from the past, a nostalgic dive into the beautiful world of gentlemen wearing a tuxedo, but there is much more behind it.

With the current renaissance of vermouth, this simple and immediate drink is not only back in fashion with arrogance but is establishing itself as the ultimate recreational drink.

Why?

It is a little more alcoholic than a structured red wine, but its flavor contains unspeakable rainbows of nuances and aromas ranging from spices to roots through alpine herbs.
