The recipe for this punch is very simple, squeeze a pink grapefruit, mash a piece of celery, add a few sage leaves and a good dose of white rum.
If you want to make it an easier going drink, just add soda or ginger beer and I’ll sip a summer drink with a titillating drinkability.

- 4 cl of rum
- 4 cl of pink grapefruit
- 20 grams of celery
- 2 sage leaves
- 1 cl sugar syrup
- soda or ginger beer
- grapefruit peel
- 1 sliced strawberry
How to make the pink grapefruit punch, with rum, celery, and sage
Squeeze grapefruit and strain juice.
Put celery in a shaker with a dash of rum and sugar syrup and crush with a pestle, then strain with a chinois.
Fill a glass with ice, a Collins glass is perfect.
Pour rum, sage, grapefruit juice and finished with the “celery juice.”
