The Fiery Angel is a luxurious, fresh cocktail full of aromatic suggestions that come together in a fragrant melody, worthy of the superb work of Sergej Prokofiev. The genius of the opera who manages to mix delirium, dreams, and nightmares with crazy naturalness.

And the base of this angelic cocktail starts from the same assumption: gently mix Champagne, Chartreuse, mango nectar and tequila. All ingredients that seem to be incompatible, but that instead, if mixed in the right doses, become liquid poetry.

The Fiery Angel cocktail is very fresh and sharp, visionary, quite alcoholic, but very drinkable, with the velvety flavor of the mango as the protagonist.

Ingredients and doses of the Fiery Angel cocktail

  • 1 cl of tequila reposado
  • 6 cl of mango juice
  • 4 cl of Champagne, sparkling wine or Prosecco
