Directions
The Kombuchino cocktail is very refreshing and aromatic, full of nuances and balsamic, herbaceous and sea suggestions. All flavors and aromas that blend perfectly with the kombucha, the super-hyped fermented tea. And then we certainly could not avoid the challenge of creating a cocktail with kombucha, an ingredient so pyrotechnic and suggestive.
Let’s see the ingredients of this new flaming cocktail: vodka as an alcohol base, artichoke liqueur to expand the aromatic horizons of the drink, a piece of kombu seaweed to enhance the notes of umami and sea, sugar syrup and of course our beloved, irreplaceable kombucha.
The Kombuchino cocktail is quite light as an alcoholic grade, so it is perfect as an appetizing aperitif. Try it before dinner or even accompanied to a sushi or baked lasagna dinner: in both cases, it holds up well.
