Ingredients
-
5 cl of gin
-
10 cl of gazzosa
-
5 cucumber slices
-
2 grams fresh ginger
-
2 cl of lime juice
Directions
To be honest, the cocktail we are going to offer you was created by chance, pure serendipity applied to the noble art of random mixing drinks.
We wanted an easy-going Moscow Mule night and instead of celebrating the mule we found a stallion, as in the pantry there was no ginger beer, but only gazzosa, and not even a drop of vodka, replaced by gin (of what we are never short of, there is always a bottle hidden in the mattress).
Anyway, the cocktails came out pretty well, it has its personality, although it is only a Moscow Mule variant.
It is the classic, refreshing, sparkling long drink, with a titillating aromatic touch and good balance. Do not be scared by the sweetness of gazzosa, with the help of cucumber, lime and ginger all that sugar is played down smoothly.
Ok, let’s go to the recipe and tell us what you think about this new baby born!
