From today we can finally drink an Italian twist of the legendary French 75 cocktail. As you well know The French 75 was baptized in this way to pay homage to a piece of historic artillery, a 75 caliber howitzer.

So we asked ourselves: why can’t we make in Italian French 75? Why can’t we also show off our artillery around? And so was born the Italian 69, a super tasty, sparkling bomb of pleasure. But be careful, we loaded it properly and although it is an aperitif with a graceful and titillating profile (the sensation of alcohol is not so aggressive) it is a hard-hitting drink.

The choice of the sparkling wine is ample, of course, we are going to use a good Spumante Metodo Classico, given that minerality, acidity, structure, and elegance are necessary requirements. Use prosecco only if someone puts a bottle to your head…
