With great pride, we offer you the Marsalicious drink, a new Marsala-based cocktail. Well, yes, we have desecrated Marsala too. Marsala is a fantastic ingredient to make cocktails and must be rediscovered, thanks to its shimmering symphony of oxidized, ripe, and decadent perfumes.

It is excellent if combined with full-bodied and sweet spirits like rum or Cognac, but it is also perfect for sharing the glass with bitters, spicy ingredients, and chocolate.

But let’s get to us, Marsalicious is a moderately alcoholic and potent cocktail, structured and full of suggestions: so make good use of it as an after-dinner or meditation cocktail. As an aperitif, it would be too boarding.

The ingredients for making the Marsalicious cocktail: Marsala, brandy or Cognac, orange juice, chocolate bitter, and 2 drops of China Martini. Everything revolves around the aromatic and complex Marsala flavor, with each of the ingredients adding a sweet or bitter appeal to the mottle and making this drink unique.

Ingredients and doses for making the Marsalicious cocktail

  • 3 cl of brandy
  • 2 cl of Marsala
  • 4 cl of orange juice
  • 3 drops of chocolate bitter
  • 2 drops of China
  • orange slices and a splash of soda
