Ingredients
-
3,5 cl of tequila
-
2 cl of Triple sec
-
1 cl of lime juice
-
3 cl of pink grapefruit juice
-
0,5 cl of grenadine
Directions
We’ve already talked plenty of times about the Margarita cocktail, but the version that we had not yet prepared was the pink grapefruit one. A niche variation, fragrant, but marked by the lovely (and bitter) grapefruit flavor.
To balance this particular note we have added a touch of maraschino and grenadine, even to cheer up the pale color of the pink grapefruit and make it even more beautiful.
The result is a delicious, mystic cocktail, with a sharp, clean, essential balance, which dances on the aromatic, citrusy notes of the combo grapefruit-triple sec. Try it as an aperitif or during an evening party to stay perfectly hydrated.
