The Green Fairy cocktail is a tribute to absinthe, a liqueur based on Artemisia absinthium, anise, and fennel. Cocktails with absinthe are often intense and sharp, with strength and warmth, as it is paired with cognac or whiskey.
Instead, the Green Fairy cocktail that we propose is a velvety, aromatic, not too alcoholic aperitif, where tropical, spicy, and herbaceous flavors mix to form a delicious and graceful symphony.
