  • 5 grams of salt and pepper
  • four tortillas
  • 350 grams of cheddar cheese

Instructions:

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until browned and thoroughly cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes.

Incorporate the onion, bell pepper, and garlic with the chicken in the skillet. Cook the vegetables for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, or until tender.

Sprinkle the chicken and vegetables with chili powder, cumin, and salt. Stir to combine ingredients.

Place the chicken mixture on one half of each tortilla and divide it evenly among the four tortillas. The chicken mixture is topped with cheddar cheese shreds.

To make a quesadilla, fold the other half of each tortilla over the chicken mixture and cheese.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add one quesadilla to the pan and cook for two to three minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and crisp and the cheese has melted. Repeat for the remainder of the quesadillas.

Serve hot with toppings of your choice, including salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.
