Sangria has become a world-famous drink, a must, a canvas where many bartenders and enthusiasts can give free rein to their imagination, mixing wine, spirits, and any kind of fruit juices.
And this is especially true with white sangria, which is perfect for fruits such as cantaloupe, watermelon, mango, banana, and papaya.
But do not forget that sangria was born as a simple drink: wine, often not of the highest quality, to which was added juice and a sprinkle of Port wine (or brandy) to strengthen the alcohol content and correct the wine’s imperfections.
Today we can indulge ourselves with exotic fruits and plenty of spirits to create plenty of white sangria every day, but remember to use only seasonal fruits and pair them with the most suitable liquor (or spirit) to create harmony between the ingredients.
The choice is endless and on this website, you can easily find lots of sangria recipes, but today we will propose two white sangria recipes to drink throughout the year: a winter and a summer one.
