Ingredients
-
6 cl of Prosecco wine
-
3 cl of dry vermouth
-
1 lemon slice
-
a sprig of mint
Directions
The Spritz Martini cocktail is a classic with prosecco, a softer variant of the good old Venetian spritz. Let’s say softer because instead of the bitter we are going to use dry vermouth. Which is always dry, but it certainly has a more velvety flavor than a bitter like Aperol, Select, Campari or Cynar.
The recipe for making this sparkling aperitif is very easy. Ice, prosecco wine, a dash of dry vermouth and then decorate with mint or a slice of apple.
The cocktail is perfect for making aperitifs, but you can also pair it with fish dishes or you can serve it as a light Christmas aperitif to welcome guests and relatives during the holidays.
