Directions
The Pisco Dance cocktail is a delicate and light aperitif, it never stands still, it is fragrant and electrifying thanks to a great sharpness. You can easily drink it as an aperitif, as it is very light and the alcoholic sensation on the palate is barely perceptible. Let’s say that it is played more on elegance, on the subtlety of fruity and floral suggestion and not so much on the muscles because it has none.
The ingredients of the Pisco Dance cocktail: the alcoholic base is made of pisco, the mythical Chilean-Peruvian brandy, then raspberry syrup, lime, a pinch of salt, a couple of drops of Angostura to add a herbaceous and pungent touch and fresh juice of pomegranate.
That’s all: nothing strange, but we recommend it, as we invite you to experiment with pisco, a rich and fragrant distillate, full of delicate suggestions that deserve all your attention.

Put all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir.
Pour into a well-ice-cold cup and pour.
Decorate with a couple of raspberries and serve a new glittering aperitif made with pisco.
