The Scheherazade cocktail is a slap in the face, a scratching and cheeky aperitif, all played on sharp tones, pungent enlightened by the gorgeous perfume of the elderflower.
Elderflower that we find in the famous St. Germain liqueur, a small supernova of taste, ready to explode as soon as it caresses the palate.
We have to admit that we have been inspired by Pasolini’s film rather than the lovely fairy tales, so also the cocktail comes out a bit twisted and interrupted…
The Scheherazade cocktail is very simple, it is a sparkling drink build directly into the glass and does not require particular skills.
The only ingredient to prepare in advance is the blueberries, which should be soaked in St. Germain and then frozen.
In this manner we won’t dilute the cocktail with trivial ice, on the contrary, you will make it unforgettable and give it a unique touch, worthy of one thousand and one night.
