How it is produced
The vineyards are on the plateau of Farneto, on the hills of Scandiano, close to the Apennines. As you know, Farneto has been a biodynamic winery for years, produces clean natural wines free of pesticides and added sulfur, and is part of Vinnatur.
The soil is a mix of clay and sand, and the nearby woods and Apennines provide pockets of fresh air and cool temperatures for the vineyards.ideal conditions for producing subtle, fragrant, and very fine wines.
Refermentation in the bottle with the ancestral method and the first fermentation is obviously spontaneous. The wine is neither filtered nor clarified.
Organoleptic characteristics
