In this case, we have a delicious 2021 Pinot Bianco in the glass, a simple and immediate wine that does not hide but offers itself in all its sunny aromatic vivacity, while never falling into the trap of stylization.

Of course it is a sapid, mineral, very fragrant and citrusy wine, but it doesn’t want to go deep and in fact, despite the structure being quite broad, it doesn’t dig through a thousand layers of flavours. Does its job accurately.
