How to make the vegan avocado salad with cherry tomatoes, Tropea onion and dried tomatoes
Pay attention to carefully choose your precious avocados: they must be firm, but not unripe and the stem should not detach.
Cut them in half, peel and cut into cubes. Season immediately with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Throw in a salad bowl.
Chop tomatoes and put them into the bowl.
Cut the onion thinly, then mince it coarsely. Add to the party.
Chop the dried tomatoes, with which you are going to sprinkle the salad.
