How to make tapas with chorizo and fried egg
Slice the chorizo and then cut it into a matchstick.
Sauté the chorizo pieces in a pan until crispy. In this way, the chorizo will lose some of its fat and you will feel less guilty.
Prepare the bread by toasting it lightly in the same pan.
Start composing the tapas: bread and then a layer of chorizo pieces.
Fry the eggs in a drizzle of oil, season with salt and pepper and place them on top of the canapes.
In a few minutes and with just two ingredients, you will prepare fantastic tapas, excellent as finger food for your aperitifs!
