- 4 cl of mezcal
- 1 cl of passion fruit juice
- 2 cl of orange juice
- 2 cl mango juice
- 1 cl of elderflower syrup
- 0.5 cl of triple sec
- 3 drops of angostura
- 4 tablespoons of egg white or acquafaba
How to make the Mexican Fever cocktail
Prepare all the juices with the extractor. Put all the ingredients in a shaker without ice and shake for 1 minute. Add some ice, shake quickly to cool the cocktail, then double strainer into an iced cup and decorate with a slice of dried orange.
