Let’s see the ingredients of the Mexican Fever cocktail: mezcal, elderberry syrup, orange and mango juice, triple sec and a drop of Angostura to perfume the glass with a breath of freshness and aromatic herbs.

The alcohol content of this cocktail based on mezcal is light, nothing challenging. You can drink it easily as an aperitif before dinner, even considering that the fruity and velvety flavor masks the alcoholic heat.

Ingredients and doses for making Mexican Fever cocktail

  • 4 cl of mezcal
  • 1 cl of passion fruit juice
  • 2 cl of orange juice
  • 2 cl mango juice
  • 1 cl of elderflower syrup
  • 0.5 cl of triple sec
  • 3 drops of angostura
  • 4 tablespoons of egg white or acquafaba

How to make the Mexican Fever cocktail

Prepare all the juices with the extractor. Put all the ingredients in a shaker without ice and shake for 1 minute. Add some ice, shake quickly to cool the cocktail, then double strainer into an iced cup and decorate with a slice of dried orange.
