This quarantine has left its mark. It has shown us that the world of mixing and venues will also have to change and that the old pseudo-normality no longer exists.
It will be necessary to review everything, the spaces, the approach to the other, the way to approach and work. In short, everything needs to be redone, but it is also a time to rethink our habits that allows us to recalibrate values, goals, and hopes.
Meanwhile, to pass the time, we have thought of a new cocktail, the Kostantino cocktail, the brave name of many emperors. It is challenging to bring it with honor, but something good will come out of the glass. Don’t worry!
The ingredients of the Kostantino cocktail: are orange juice, pineapple, almond milk, nutmeg, Galliano liqueur, and grappa.
Overall, the blend finds balance, alcoholic depth, and harmony, thanks to the almond milk that acts as a glue between acidity and spices, and saffron.
As a grappa, use an aged grappa, not a light young one that would be too weak. The spicier and barricaded, the better.
Ingredients and doses to make the Kostantino cocktail
- 5 cl of Grappa
- 3 cl of pineapple juice
- 3 cl of orange juice
- 2 cl of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of Galliano liqueur
- a sprinkle of nutmeg
How to make the Kostantino cocktail
