The Hansel cocktail is our Christmas drink, our gift to you dear readers.
Born as a light, hyper-perfumed drink, perfect to start your Christmas aperitif in style.
The Hansel cocktail is all played on lightness, is not meant to be a battle cocktail like AMF, quite the contrary: it is very drinkable, almost like the Mimosa cocktail, but with a more aromatic touch.
The Hansel cocktail is a shining tribute to the legendary Hansel by Zoolander, an immortal film, and just like the blond model hides a beating heart that radiates an intoxicating love, a crazy aromatic charge.
And this charge of scents is all about citrus fruits: first of all lime juice, orange juice, and Mandarinetto liqueur, then it flows into the cachaça, just kissed by the essence of bergamot. A puff of lavender amplifies its charm.
The result is a light and fragrant cocktail like a blooming orange grove, try it for your next aperitif. Hansel is so hot right now!
