Ingredients
-
4,5 cl of vodka
-
1,5 cl of raspberry liqueur
-
1,5 cl of pineapple juice
-
1 lemon peel
Directions
The French Martini is one of the most pleasant cocktail that you can make. It’s a delicate drink, velvety, where raspberry liqueur and pineapple juice are intertwined, creating a symphony of intoxicating scents.
The role of the protagonist (spirit) is covered by vodka, which does its duty by adding warmth and thickness to an awesome river of flavors.
The alcohol content of the French Martini cocktail is not so high, ideal for a good aperitif, but be careful: its pleasantness will invite you to drink in abundance, especially if you serve a well-chilled cocktail.
Having said that French Martini is an incredible cocktail you can drink at any time and it’s indeed a great cocktail for brunches or to accompany seafood dinners, not to mention summer parties or casual dining.
It’s a little bit stronger than Mimosa and Bellini, but it’s equally drinkable.

How to make the perfect French Martini Cocktail
Put some ice in a Martini glass. Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir gently. Throw ice away and pour the cocktail into the glass, straining.
Take the lemon peel and twist it over the glass to perfume it with the essential oils of lemon: don’t forget that’s still a Martini, a variant, but of the same family.
