The Chairàcanon cocktail is a sumptuous drink, full of perfumes and with a robust structure. It does not hide. It does not include juices, but only brandy, Biancosarti, a few drops of Fernet Branca, and a delicious vanilla crust.
It is a perfect after-dinner cocktail to relax and meditate or open your disjointed chakra before starting to dance in da club.

Ingredients and doses of the Chairacanon cocktail
- 4 cl of brandy
- 1 cl of Biancosarti
- 2-3 dashes of Fernet Branca
- vanilla
- orange peel to decorate
How to prepare the Chairacanon cocktail
Put a couple of spoons of vanilla in a dish and spread with a spoon.
Wet the edge of a glass with a slice of lemon, then dip the rim of the glass into the vanilla, and turn and flour with vanilla.
Gently shake the glass to remove excess vanilla.
Decorate with an orange peel.

Try it with chocolate desserts, fresh fruit, coffee, or orange cheesecake: tiramisù, chocolate salami, pear and chocolate tart, bonet, vegan panna cotta, galaktoboureko.
