Graziano Prà winery
The Graziano Prà winery is a wine lover’s paradise in the Soave hills. The 28 hectares of vineyards are located in the best areas of Soave, among which the crus of Foscarino, Froscà, Monte Croce, and Montegrande stand out.
The care in the vineyard is maximum, where each operation is made by hand, starting with the harvest, done in small boxes.
Tregnago’s estate produces Valpolicella wines. An adventure that began a few years ago but immediately started on the right foot and was totally organic
Philosophy of the Graziano Prà winery
The mantra is: territory and style have to speak. The personality of Prà wines is undeniable, and elegance immediately strikes. The priorities of wine are always balance, harmony, and aromatic precision.
All this apollonian beauty, however, does not prevent the wines from being lively and smooth.
The winemaker is like a tailor; he knows how to choose the best fabrics and then to impress his ideas by forging the material, but always with the utmost respect.
Style of Prà wines
Most of the vineyards are grown in the Guyot style, and their height is between 150 and 300 meters. The soils are made of lava and have traces of limestone, which makes them perfect for making mineral-rich, intense wines.
The depth of the aromas, the perfumes, and the consistency of these wines are hard to forget, and they show how great this terroir can be.
Soave Classico Staforte
The nose is clear, well-balanced, and full, with peach, honey, chamomile, and medlar notes that weave in and out of mineral notes. Sapid and thick mouth; good balance between freshness and roundness, which leads to a dynamic finish.
A superb example of SOAV with exceptional aging potential.
Pair with tagliolini with truffle, spaghetti with sea urchins, and turbot with sweet pepper sauce.
Soave Classico Colle Sant’Antonio
The nose is set for finesse, with spicy returns and plenty of floral echoes. Aromatic herbs and notes of the sea give the scent a familiar, but rich and exotic background. Palate with great verve, with a savory extension that runs throughout the wine, making it persistent. An enveloping, classy Soave, to pair with ricotta tortelli or tuna tataki with sesame and soy sauce.
Amarone della Valpolicella
The mineral bouquet that only Amarone di Mezzane can provide. Pulpy red fruit, rhubarb, candied orange, and licorice in a crescendo mottled with alpine herbs. If the nose is a cornucopia, the mouth is dense, but balanced between alcohol, saltiness, and good freshness. Tannins are powerful but well defined. A spicy finish with a long aftertaste An already balanced Amarone that has nice aging potential. Food pairings: black truffle risotto, passatelli with Parmigiano fondue and truffle, bucatini all’amatriciana, roast beef, hamburger.
Soave Classico Monte Grande
As soon as you sniff the glass, you plunge into a lake of petals: chamomile, hawthorn, and broom. The mineral stamp gives it elegance. Yellow fruit and cumin in a game of endless rap challenge.
tense mouth, sculpted by saltiness, but with a soft stroke that wraps the palate with elegance. Drinkability is excellent; it is already balanced.
A traditional Soave dish that goes well with sea carbonara or bigoli with duck ragout.
Soave Otto
Straw color. A wide nose with hints of yellow fruit, sweet spices, hazelnut, and minerals echoes on a classic broom background. In the mouth, it has pulp, is tonic, and moves with agility between citrus suggestions and good roundness. A well-made, precise wine with the right zing to accompany prawn laska or pasta cacio e pepe
