Directions
Here is the recipe for an exquisite summer mango sangria, full of tropical scents and lots of fresh fruit: recipe, ingredients, doses.
Ingredients For Making The Ultimate White Mango Sangria
4-6 servings
- 1 bottle of Sauvignon Blanc or Champagne if you want a “sparkling” sangria
- 20 cl of triple sec
- 5 cl of white rum
- 400 grams of mango
- 3 apples
- 1 kiwi
- 1 lemon
- 3 oranges
- 250 grams of blueberries
- 250 grams of strawberries
- 100 grams of black grapes, only if it is in season
How To Make the Perfect White Mango Sangria
Wash all the fruit, peel it and cut it into small pieces.
Cut the oranges into slices.
Pour the wine into a carafe, and add the liqueurs and all fruit.
Cover and leave to macerate for two hours or a whole night in the refrigerator.
Before serving the sangria, add the ice and then serve in large goblets with plenty of fruit, a slice of orange, and a maraschino cherry, if you are feeling a bit trashy.
Enjoy your fantastic al fresco sangria, and you’ll forget the Mojito too.
