The Porno Slave cocktail is our cry of revolt that we address to this anonymous society, disconnected in its inextricable captivity of neural connection, where the human soul loses all meaning to abstract itself into dreams of ether and silicone porn images.

We want to say yes to drinkporn, and therefore we offer as a holocaust a new cocktail, glowing and decadent, but which will give you the depth of thought and joy. It is a cocktail that starts from an ancient cocktail concept when mixology was the art of minimal perfection and not hipster fashion.

It’s a grappa-based crusta cocktail, but that doesn’t mean it’s static.

The ingredients of the Porno cocktail are grappa, almond milk, honey syrup with figs, vanilla, and sandalwood, and triple sec to give a sweet and sour finish to the cocktail. It seems complicated, but to make the honey syrup, it will take you 10 minutes, and then you will have to let it rest for 12 hours, but the work to be done is minimal.

Ingredients and doses to make the Porno Slave cocktail

  • 4 cl of aged grappa
  • 3 cl of almond milk
  • 0.5 cl of triple sec
  • 0.5 cl of amaretto liqueur
  • 1 cl of honey syrup with figs, vanilla, and sandalwood
  • a drop of coffee liqueur to wet the edge of the glass
  • 2 almonds and 10 grams of popcorn  to make the crusta

How to make the Porno Slave cocktail

Let us immediately think of the crust of the glass. Finely grind the almonds with the popcorn to make a fine flour. Wet the edge of the glass with a little coffee liqueur, put the almond flour and popcorn on a plate, place the glass on top and rotate it until the flour adheres well. Put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake for 15 seconds and pour into the glass, filtering with a strainer. Serve your new aperitif.

How to make the honey syrup with figs, vanilla, and sandalwood

A problem arises with this syrup: if you do too little, you will have to use ridiculous amounts of figs, so maybe make at least 100 grams to flavor the honey with 3 dried figs. So let’s start with a base of 100 grams of honey. Add 3 dried figs, 2 grams of vanilla powder, and 2 drops of sandalwood essence. Put in a saucepan, add 100 grams of water, and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Turn off, let cool, seal in a container, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Filter and the syrup is ready to be used. No need to shake for 2 hours. In the form of premix, the honey is already dissolved.
