How to prepare the Greek salad
There are no particular indications, cut the tomatoes into fairly large wedges, the peppers into fillets, the onion and cucumbers into thin slices, put everything in a deep plate, and season with oil, lemon, and oregano. If you accompany it with tzatziki and pita it is pure magic: enjoy the meal of the Olympians.
Which wine to pair with the Greek salad
The Greek salad is a perfect combination of the sweetness of tomato and the flavor of Feta and olives, we choose a floral and fresh wine, with aromatic herbs and roundness: the Friulano from the Falcon winery is the ideal companion. Oltrepò Pavese, Champagne, and Franciacorta are excellent if you want to combine a sparkling wine.
If you want to combine a cocktail with a Greek salad, the Spritz is a good table companion.
