The ingredients of the Burning Lotus cocktail are pretty easy to find: cognac or brandy, amontillado sherry or marsala, spicy Thai sweet and sour sauce, and a couple of drops of angostura or orange bitter. See what you have available.

That’s all. Now it’s time to try a new cocktail with a spicy and velvety taste but full of herbaceous nuances. You can enjoy it both as an aperitif and as an after-dinner. Pay attention to the alcohol content that is not exactly light!
