Milan’s Whiskey Wonderland: Explore the 2023 Milano Whiskey Festival
We may be in Milan, but if you fell in love with whiskey on a trip to Scotland (maybe the Ardbeg from the Isle of Islay or the mighty Macallan), the Milano Whiskey Festival—Rum & Brown Spirits offers a rare opportunity to sample any of the more than 4000 labels represented there.
The 18th annual festival will take place from December 2nd to the 4th, 2023, at the same venue as previous year: Palazzo delle Stelline (Corso Magenta 61). Scotch whisky, Irish whiskey, bourbon, whiskey from the Far East, rum are all available for the event. It is a town of taste where the stalls provide samples of over 4000 spirits, starting at €3 per glass. Whiskeys from long-defunct distilleries or those that have been matured for decades are also available to tourists.
Visitors can take home 2 cl bottles pre-filled with their choice of whiskey to share with friends and compare the various spirits on offer. We’d like to remind you that the exhibitors are selling their products at a discounted rate in case you’re not happy with the sampling.
This year’s Milano Whiskey Festival and other great spirits will feature the same events, guided tastings, and seminars as previous years.
Purchase the tasting kit (glass, glass holder, and 2024 Whiskey Guide) online, receive the ticket via email, and present it at the entry to the exhibition room to obtain your tasting kit and access to the room.
