The Santablaze cocktail is another Christmas drink that will help you overcome these long Christmas holidays. It’s a light, tasty, bitter drink, but with style and elegance. Indeed it is an old school drink, dry, hard, ruthless, just what Santa Claus drinks while he is pumping his pectorals at the gym.
The alcoholic skeleton of this Christmas cocktail is made up of mezcal, a distillate that we are using a lot. Its mixing possibilities are endless, even better than gin, thanks to the aromatic and smoky aftertaste that adds volume and crazy aromatic suggestions.
Acididity is given by grapefruit, the sweetener is sugar syrup flavored with cranberry. A spiky touch is given by the presence of Amaro (bitter) to add herbaceous and ethereal touches. If you feel in the mood for madness, add prosecco, otherwise, a simple ginger beer is fine.
Well, go in peace brothers, go and prepare this new Christmas aperitif with love. Code name: Santablaze cocktail.
