- 6 cl of almond milk
- 4 cl of cognac
- 2 cl of banana creme
- drops of blue curacao
How to prepare the Moon’s Tear cocktail (cocktail with almond milk)
No shaker, almond milk is delicate nectar that must be treated with gloves.
Put ice in a mixing glass, pour the almond milk, the cognac and finally the crème de Banane. Stir gently and pour into a well-frozen Martini cup. Drop a few drops of blue curacao and garnish with a slice of banana and a cherry.
