Boisson Shakes Up the No-Alcohol Game with $5M Investment and New Leadership
Convivialité Ventures and Connect Ventures are fronting the cash in a $5M bridge round aimed at Boisson, a game-changer in the no-alcohol sector. Brandon Yahn, a partner at Convivialité Ventures, emphasized Boisson’s pivotal role in elevating non-alcoholic brands across multiple sales channels. The influx of capital will turbocharge Boisson’s expansion, not just stateside but globally.
““We’ve always wanted to demystify superior non-alcoholic options.”. This fresh capital propels us further down that road,” stated Nick Bodkins, Boisson’s co-founder and president.
Founded in NYC in 2021, Boisson now runs eight brick-and-mortar locations in New York, LA, and San Francisco. A Miami store is on the horizon. Their e-commerce platform is booming, and a partnership with Drizly is in the works. Revenues surged 300% year-over-year, and triple-digit growth is projected for 2023.
Sheetal Aiyer, previously at Vik Charles Consulting, steps in as the new CEO. “”I am beyond excited to command this ship.” The potential in the non-alcoholic space is monumental,” said Aiyer. Nick Bodkins will stay on, steering the company’s long-term strategy and eyeing global expansion opportunities.
