We will offer you some great classics like the vitello tonnato of a great restaurant of Asti, the rabaton, beef braised in Barolo, lingue di gatto cookies, tajarin with truffle, bagna cauda and all you need to know about every Piedmontese ingredients that deserves to be tasted.
