And for this reason, we turned to a chef who is a real guru of fish and shellfish, to ask him for a recipe that could tickle the curiosity and imagination of our public. And he gave us this incredible recipe: shrimp tartare with passion fruit.

Ingredients for making the shrimp tartare with passion fruit:

2 servings

  • 5 red prawns
  • 1 passion fruit
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • dried flowers
  • 1 martini glass


Clean 4 shrimps from the shell and beat them with a knife, season them in a bowl with salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil. Cut the passion fruit in half and empty it, add the tartare previously obtained and the pulp of the fruit. Add the remaining shrimp - clean and without the head - to the mixture and finish with a drop of extra virgin olive oil and dried wildflowers.
