Skye’s Finest Join Forces: Talisker and Three Chimneys’ Exquisite Pop-Up Dining
Talisker Distillery and Skye’s renowned restaurant, The Three Chimneys, are joining forces to unveil an exclusive pop-up dining experience, a true homage to their shared island heritage.
‘The Three Chimneys at Talisker’ event, orchestrated by the restaurant’s talented head chef, Scott Davies, and astute general manager, Krzysztof Dudkowski, is a fusion of the finest local cuisine and spirits. This celebration will spotlight not only the gastronomic delights of Skye but also the renowned whisky crafted at the island’s oldest distillery, Talisker.
Spanning from February to April 2024, this culinary escapade is set to take place in Talisker’s newly inaugurated waterfront space, nestled on the picturesque shores of Loch Harport.
Chef Davies promises an immersive tasting journey titled ‘The Journey’, ingeniously integrating the intricacies of whisky distillation and maturation into his gastronomic creations.
This innovative pop-up concept follows on the heels of the launch of Talisker’s revamped visitor experience, a project fueled by parent company Diageo’s £185 million investment in enhancing Scotch whisky tourism.
Established in 1968, The Three Chimneys and the House Over-By proudly stand on the shores of Loch Dunvegan. Comprising both a restaurant and six guest rooms, this five-star AA establishment has earned accolades in both the 2023 Michelin Guide for Great Britain and Ireland and the Good Food Guide.
