Grunge Meets Grit: Alice in Chains and FEW Spirits Release All Secrets Known Bourbon
Illinois-based FEW Spirits collaborates with Seattle’s grunge icons, Alice in Chains, on a limited-edition bourbon release.
FEW Spirits, the Evanston, Illinois distillery, has teamed up with grunge pioneers Alice in Chains to unveil All Secrets Known Bourbon. Boasting a 101-proof, 50.5% ABV, the whiskey is aged in former Tequila barrels for six months, with only 3,300 bottles up for grabs.
The launch coincides with Alice in Chains’ upcoming U.S. tour, featuring appearances alongside Guns N’ Roses. The bourbon takes its name from the title track of Alice in Chains’ 2009 album, Black Gives Way to Blue, which marks its 14th anniversary this September.
Starting September 28, All Secrets Known will be available for purchase through FEW Spirits’ online store and at selected outlets in Illinois and Washington State.
In the realm of whiskey-music partnerships, one standout is Blackened Whiskey, conceived by Metallica and the late distiller Dave Pickerell in 2018.
