Stoli Group Ushers in New Era: Welcomes CEO Chris Caldwell
The Stoli Group has recently welcomed Chris Caldwell as their new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), replacing Damian McKinney.
McKinney, who assumed the CEO role in 2020, has stepped down to venture into the next phase of his professional journey.
Reflecting on his tenure, he expressed, “The decision to step down was not made lightly. However, after a rewarding three-year journey with the organization, I believe it’s time for me to embark on my next professional endeavour. I extend my sincere best wishes to Stoli and its remarkable team.”
Stoli Group conveyed their gratitude towards McKinney’s leadership, stating, “We greatly value Damian’s leadership, particularly during the challenges related to Ukraine. We are thankful for his significant contributions.”
Prior to his appointment as CEO, Caldwell served as Stoli Group’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for three years.
The reshuffling also sees Artem Pozdnyakov stepping in as CFO, and Mark Federighi taking on the role of President of North America.
Yuri Shefler, the founder and owner of Stoli, shared his views: “Chris has consistently demonstrated strategic financial insight, leadership capabilities, and overall proficiency, making him well-suited to assume the role of CEO in today’s landscape.
“Chris and Artem will take on critical responsibilities as we expand our reach through acquisitions and brand expansion while maintaining consistency in leadership. We are tremendously excited to have Mark on board to assist us in reaching our ambitious growth objectives.”
Before joining Stoli, Caldwell held managerial positions in private equity, co-operative, and consulting firms globally. His leadership credentials include senior roles at Enotria & Coe, Americana Foods, Fonterra Co-Operative Group, and Diageo.
Reflecting on his journey at Stoli, Caldwell stated: “My tenure at Stoli Group has been profoundly fulfilling, and I take immense pride in the value I added as CFO.
“I am honored to be charting a new direction for Stoli Group’s development and innovation alongside Artem, Mark, and the rest of the executive team. We are all set to make strides forward.”
