- 900 grams of watermelon, 1 nice chubby slice
- 600 grams of Feta cheese
- 5 spoons of EVOO
- 1/2 lemon
- salt and pepper
How to make Nick’s Watermelon and Feta Salad
There is not much to say and even less to do. Cut the watermelon into cubes
So the Feta.
Serve in single bowls or a large salad bowl to bring it to the table, then season with salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil and a drizzle of lemon.
Decorate with a flower or a basil leaf and life will smile. Or maybe not, but at least you will eat a great meal with very few calories for lunch.
