Pineapple Caipiroska drink recipe, vodka and pineapple juice recipes            Today we are going to make a classic tropical drink: the pineapple Caipiroska.

It’s not a big deal, but you know what?

If you can set aside some pieces of this delicious golden fruit you can grill some slices with your bbq and serve a super-fast and delicious dessert.

Just let the slices marinate for 30 minutes in vodka and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, then drain and cook for 4 minutes per side to direct heat and bam you’ll make one of the best boozy dessert of your life.

Not let’s get back to our pineapple Caipiroska, are you ready?

Pineapple Caipiroska cocktail ingredients

  • 5 cl of vodka
  • 1 slice of pineapple
  • ¼ of lime
  • 2 teaspoons of brown sugar

How to make the perfect pineapple Caipiroska

With a sharp knife peel and cut the pineapple, ripping off the peel from top to bottom. Set aside 2 slices for the decoration.

Get rid of the pineapple core and crush the pulp in a strainer mashing it with a wooden spoon. Collect all the possible juice then blend the remains and strain.

In a glass put the sugar, the lime cut in wedges and press with a muddler.

When the sugar has been dissolved, pour vodka and pineapple juice, stir, fill with ice and your pineapple Caipiroska is ready.

Considering that pineapple juice is quite thick you can also put in a shaker and make some salsa, it’s even better, but not a Caipiroska anymore…
