The distillate to which we will devote these days, as already mentioned, is vodka, the omnipresent, but silent, nectar, often snubbed because not talkative as gin or rum, despite being the ingredient of immortal cocktails like the Moscow Mule, Cosmopolitan and Bloody Mary.
