But it finally arrived: a fragrant, dark and lascivious cocktail that starts from a base of blackberries juice and gin: two creatures of the woods, characterized by indomitable, primordial, pure flavors.

Making real blackberry juice at home is a nightmare, you’ll need at least a couple of dozen of blackberries for each cocktail and you have to crush them and then strain through a fine sieve, but it’s worth it.

  • 12-16 blackberries
  • 3 cl gin
  • 2 cl Grand Marnier
  • 1 cl cordial
  • 2 cl sugar syrup flavored with star anise
  • 2 mint leaves

How to prepare the Black Mamba Kiss cocktail

Wash the blackberries well and put them in a fine mesh strainer placed over a bowl and start to crush them with a spoon. Push and push and strain and then again…

When you have finished put all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake it with ardor for 20 seconds and strain in a Martini glass, which you will have previously cooled with ice.
