Ingredients and doses for making the Santablaze cocktail

  • 4 cl of mezcal
  • 0.5 cl of bitter
  • 2 cl of grapefruit juice
  • 1 cl of cranberry syrup
  • 6 cl of ginger beer, soda or prosecco

How to make the Santablaze cocktail

Squeeze half a grapefruit and strain the juice.

Put ice in a jug, pour the juice, the mezcal, the bitter, the cranberry syrup, stir and then fill with ginger beer. If you are Venetian, use Prosecco and Merry Christmas.
