DharMag April 2018 Bocca di Rosa cocktail recipe: are you ready for the perfect pineapple aperitif?

Bocca di Rosa cocktail with tequila pineapple juice elderberry apple and ginger The Bocca di Rosa cocktail is a super easy, but irresistible, long drink, all played on a delicate and tropical symphony. You can drink it in place of the classic Mai Tai or Singapore Sling as an aperitif or quench your thirst with an unpretentious cocktail.

The ingredients of this cocktail served in a pineapple: apple juice, pineapple juice, tequila, elderberry syrup and a grand finale with ginger beer. The result is a smooth and sharp cocktail but refined by a fleshy and sensual touch given by the pineapple juice and the delicacy of the elderflower syrup.

If you prefer a more intense and direct cocktail, do not put ginger beer into it, but 1 cl of extra dry vermouth or Biancosarti liqueur.

Okay, that’s all, there’s nothing more to do with Rose’s Mouth than love.
